4:6 balance breathing exercise is better control of the exhale C02 due to slower breathing. It also balances the nervous system.
You can do ocean breathing as a base breathing practice while doing a 4:4 or 4:6 breathing exercise.
Ocean breathing takes you to a deeper level of relaxation. While doing ocean breathing the glottis pushes on the vagus nerve to relax the nervous system.
Try it out! Do 10 rounds of 4:6 breathing exercise.
