Do 30x of feel good breathing. Breathing through the nose not mouth breathing.
Interlock hands close to the chest. Flip the hands while inhaling and straighten out arms out in front.
Exhale flip hands towards chest, arms back into chest again.
Repeat 30x.
Rest hands on lap and drop the head for a few moments. Repeat 2 more times if you can.
That’s 90 active breaths! Feeling good now!
