Gratitude practice Cali Group.

This time I thought to do something a little different than sharing yoga breathing. Gratitude is the attitude with this California group.

We start with relaxing the body drop the shoulders, enjoy the silence, and be with your breath.

Inhale and exhale health, success and energy.

It's true, the more we appreciate even the small stuff life gets happier.

Have gratitude no matter where you are in your life. Just being able to smile is gratitude too!

What about gratitude for saying more - speaking your truth!

We’re seeking happiness state of mind, gratitude is a good way to get you there. What do you think?

Gratitude it up everyday! If you do this practice everyday it becomes easier, AND you’ll find yourself having gratitude for more, AND you’ll have gratitude not just for the surface stuff but go deeper in your gratitude practice.
